It is the worst when you find the ideal property only to later find out you cannot afford it, or worst to have it slip through your fingers because someone else, better prepared than you, beat you to it. I can refer you to my lender partners who can help you to fix your credit, determine how much you can afford for a down payment, and make sure you’re a solid buyer when making your offers.

I will set you up with an alert so you are the first to know when a new listing comes on the market. I will also reach out to colleagues and partners and match your must-haves and your budget to available off-market listings. I will schedule viewings and be there to offer guidance as you view property after property.

I will negotiate the best contingency terms and ensure that you do not spend more money than you need to. Congratulations, your offer has been accepted! It is recommended that you have a licensed inspector inspect the property. Many times there can be issues that cannot be observed during a walk-through, and should such issues arise I will discuss with you the best strategies to use. A home inspection can be a great negotiation tool and the best insurance you can ever get on a property.

I have highly professional and reliable escrow officers and lenders who make the whole transaction and particularly the loan approval process a breeze. I will personally regularly monitor the transaction progress and keep you updated.

You closed on your home! The escrow process is tedious (unless is chaotic which is not bueno!), and you will be overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork you need to fill out and sign, but you made it. Last steps in the process will the the final walk-through, signing the closing statements, and my handing you the keys!
